1. Don't drink too much coffee

Drinking a few cups of coffee throughout the day will not make you energized, on the contrary, too much coffee will only make you feel tired and increasingly uncomfortable. When drinking coffee, caffeine stays in the stomach for up to five hours, so if you drink coffee again within five hours, it will affect your sleep at night.

2. Don't exercise with excessive intensity

Work requires energy; but if you overdo your exercise, your muscles will get tired. Instead, you can follow a lighter exercise such as cycling, which will not cause muscle cramps or injuries. Expelling your energy when you go to the gym will worsen your fatigue.

3. Avoid naps that are too long

Long naps are not a good idea because sleeping too long during the day can make it harder to sleep at night. This will make you tired the next day. Napping can be done for 20 to 30 minutes, but it cannot be longer than that.

4. Don't deviate from your normal sleep time

When you are tired, do not delay the alarm button, because it can interfere with your sleep cycle and sleep quality. If you sleep 30 minutes longer than normal time, it will interfere with your body clock.

5. Avoid the desire to eat junk food

When your body is tired, you tend to choose fatty foods and high in calories. This method is not healthy and can cause weight gain. If you want to order fast food, choose healthy and delicious foods such as steamed vegetables with chicken rice, or chocolate.

6. Don't look at social media

7. Stay away from liquor

If you think that drinking a glass of wine will make you fall asleep, that is completely wrong. Because drinking alcohol before bed will disturb REM sleep (the deepest type of sleep) that will wake you up at night.

8. Don't sleep late at weekends

Sleeping late during the weekend will be more disruptive to your sleep cycle, because you will sleep without an alarm and wake up during the day. This forces the body to sleep later and wake up later. This will make it difficult for you to get up early on Monday.

9. Don't do yoga poses that need energy

Yoga can make the mind calm and relax the body. But there are certain yoga asanas that need energy. Instead, use yoga poses and yoga postures that do not require too much effort, which will not increase your heart rate.

10. Don't eat snacks in the middle of the night

Don't enjoy midnight snacks when you are tired. The body cannot digest food shortly after you sleep. Avoid foods like hamburgers, chips, and oily foods that can cause stomach ulcers and make it difficult for you to sleep.
